Your kitchen does good work, Lon. I love me some shrimp...and scallops. That Argentinean chimichurri sauce reminds me of the Peruvian huacatay a friend's father used to make. South Americans really know how to do seafood. I also love me some ceviche.
I just snuck a peek at tonight's dinner menu and see that they are offering VENISON with CAB REDUCTION. I think that's what I will have. It's been a long time since I have had Venison

They are all separate breakfasts, lunches and dinners. One resident per table and social spacing was observed with residents wearing their masks when not eating.
That would be me. The only time I talk to anyone while I dine is when I go out and the wait staff sits down and chats.
@Lon Tanner , are you all alone in the dining room? If there are other people there, can't you talk from a safe distance..... maybe 8/10 feet?
All of us residents are receiving meals in our apartments until our dining room reopens and COVID ends. The meal was quite good despite the presentation and I supplied wine not shown.
