Don't get me started... lol The long answer? The last 3 times at the doctor I asked them to measure my height. Last week: 5'2 6 months ago: 5'4 One year ago: 5'3 All with shoes on. This was somewhat annoying, so I learned how to do it myself, from YouTube. The short answer: . 5'4" in bare feet. Fifty-five years ago in an intro P.E. class they came up with 5' 5.5" . Have no idea in between.
I weigh more now than I ever have. About 12-18 months ago I started gaining weight for no apparent reason, other than Calories In > Calories Out. I could stand to lose 20#, maybe a little more. I've been through this once before, and trips to the gym fixed it. That was when I was working and gyms were close to home.
This morning 143 lbs. Height not measured but probably 5'11" 10 years ago 165 lbs., 6'0" age 13, 200 lbs., 6'1" Heaviest 270 lbs. during peak of weightlifting hobby mania age 30s, 6'1" Ideal weight when younger 210 lbs., 6'1"
