Thought it would be nice to have a photo thread where we can just post Random photos that we've taken ourselves..of anything at all. So here's where you can post landscape, portrait, scenic, or anything you like which might not fit into any of the other Photo topics on Seniors' only...but the rules are they must have been taken by you or belong to you...we don't want any copyright issues.. @Mari North Good question , I asked Ken some time ago about Bandwidth issues and he said there's no problem if you have them stored on your computer as in Photobucket or similar...

Okay, I'll need to check into that... I know that Photobucket was mentioned before but I have no idea what that is. I started checking where pictures here are stored, and although a few of them do say photobucket, I think most say their url is seniorsonlyclub, so that's what made me wonder again. I *did* learn to not link to someone else's bandwidth, but I thought the solution was uploading directly to here from my computer... maybe not.
I removed my pic until I find out more. I really don't want to be doing stuff wrong and I already put a few baby pics up by uploading them... better safe than sorry.
Photobucket is a free and safe and secure photo hosting site , it's easy to upload your pictures to it and you just resize them and copy the URL and paste onto the forum... I have used it for about 20 years... http://s5.photobucket.com/ However there's a whole raft of Free storage sites...so do google and see what suits you best... ..and clarification from @Ken Anderson would be welcome too..
Can I just upload from my ipad like I always do, I hate using photobucket...too many steps. Here is a pic of my grandsons in Maui....I'll remove it if I can't post it this way.
