Most restaurants were fully booked, so we went to another Georgian one 20 minutes away by metro, we have been there several times before and they had one vacant table. A few pics We both had Pork Ojakhuri which is quite spicy, our favourite dish. Our waitress who spoke good English Not very pleasant out today
@Terry Page , great pics...after seeing your pics, I feel like visiting Hungary again. Was going to with my mom but she's too sick now. Like your turtleneck and Lisa looks lovely as usual. The waitress reminds me of Kendra Jenner.
Thank you, @Terry Page ! I enjoyed seeing your pictures very much. The meal looks delicious, and you both look great and happy.
Good Morning, Y'all. It was a lovely sunrise, but that's gone by the wayside, and been swallowed up by medium to dark clouds. There are storms coming later, and we're under a flood watch and severe weather watch, so I've got my fingers crossed that it's an uneventful day. I hope Ike is just in the hospital recovering from the flu or something similar. Hopefully we'll hear something soon. I've been up for hours, and might need a nap later. I started working on the Roku yesterday. That was fun. I'll look for the Roku thread to post about it in. No cooking today other than the breakfast I just ate, since I still have leftovers for tonight and probably tomorrow night, as well. Nice pics, @Terry Page. It's nice to see a slice of someone else's life, especially when they're so far away and in a foreign land. Have a great day, everyone. Y'all near me stay safe!
Now that you've posted this Chrissy, waitress does look like her. I don't really know what any of those K's look like expect for black hair, lol.
Lol, Ruby....I know what they look like. Did watch the show long ago. But they are all over the internet, of course their looks change from one minute to the next because of all the plastic surgery they deny having. I'm being catty. Sometimes a few of them change to blonde hair, Ruby....just so you know.
Good morning everybody, though I guess it's Good evening to @Kate Ellery ? It's 7c and raining here so very wet out, Lisa has a business appointment this morning and then I am having a haircut as it's starting to get out of hand. Have a lovely Wednesday.
Good Morning all....and welcome to Kady.., glad you've found the morning thread now.. It's absolutely lashing down here this morning, I suspect the road I take to work through the woods is flooded in parts , it usually is when the rain is this heavy, so I may have to find an alternative route! Yesterday we had snow...and I had to drive a 140 mile round trip in it..but it didn't settle so that was a blessing.. I wish I was in fresno..... Have a good day all....
There are some things that tell you that staying in bed might have been a better idea. Needed a little shopping...did a little shopping...got shopping home...discovered that we'd been charged for two boxes of eggs...had to go back to the shop to get money back. At least that bit was easy enough. Evidently we are trustworthy people. Still, there's usually something to see during any walk if you keep your eyes peeled. This morning, a grey wagtail made an appearance just off the high street. Perhaps, like their more common cousins the pied wagtails, the greys are adapting their behaviour. These birds normally stick close to fast flowing water, but we've seen one or two in and around the town centre. 'Grey wagtail' does this colourful bird something of a disservice, but there is another, rarer, bird known as the yellow wagtail, so the grey got lumbered with the rather drab name.
