@Terry Page , the first one, through the curtains could be a painting by Monet! His house at Givenchy has the same green shutters! Beautiful photos.
Really everyone, all these photos are so nice! I don't have a camera anymore since a very long time ago. I have a camera on my tablet and one on my little cell phone, but I don't use them. You are all so talented!
Lol, Ruby... I am the worst picture taker ever. I panic when someone hands me their camera and asks me to take their picture.
That's because my son took that pic for me. Just went back and checked Holly's requirements. I'm ok. He used my iphone and I own that pic.
@Terry Page I have been to Corfu several times...but never had a view like that over the sea....what an absolutely stunning photo of Lisa and the peach,. **applause** BTW tell me where that apartment is, that's the next one for me to rent..LOL
I took this photo, several years ago, of our yard. I posted it on another Site, and got a lot of comments (still to this day) of my pink barn in Texas!! It was not pink but it came out that way with the light..LOL
Funny talking of pink I was resizing a couple of photos of the Palace of the Winds in Jaipur the Pink City in India A photo of the wall and a telephoto shot I took of one of the windows, which the women used to look out on the world.
Anyone for Paella...? Every year there's a one day paella fiesta in our Village in Spain, and the Ayuntamiento pay for everyone man woman and child to enjoy a big Paella feast for free in the church square in the middle of the afternoon. It's held in and around july or August and everyone stands around watching the Paella being cooked in this great big pan...and the chefs stirring the thing with ''sticks' as big as Oars....but of course in July the temps are way up in the 90's...and the heat from that Paella fire, just about melts everyone...so the hungry villagers try to stay as far behind the barriers as possible, until it's ready to eat...and they can sit down and enjoy the paella... some Bocadillo, and a glass of cold Cerveza
A while back I went through a phase of taking hundreds photos of doorways for some reason Here are a few These two on the Greek island of Kefalonia in 2009 These on the Mani in mainland Greece 2006 ..........and these on the Greek island of Rhodes
Fabulous @Terry Page , I love those...I went through a phase of doorway stalking by camera myself for a while (oops that sounds bad doesn't it) ..I still do occasionally if I see an unusual one...
