I clicked on View This Thread in response to an email notification, and the thread no longer exists and cannot be found via any search. I didn't see any hostilities, so I figured there was nothing left to say. I don't find where it's been merged...or locked. I'm really posting this in case there's an indexing issue with the database.
I looked for it earlier, before I decided to post in another mask thread. Unless I did so accidentally, I didn't delete it.
I must have deleted it accidentally. If Yvonne or Craig had done it, or if I had done it through this account, it would still be visible in my Admin account, and I'd be able to restore it. Sometimes, including this morning, I'll go through some of the threads via the Admin account, and permanently delete threads that had been removed from view, usually because they had no content beyond the OP or because they were duplicate threads. In doing so, I would flag (check) each one to be deleted, and then delete several of them at the same time. The only thing I can think of is that I must have flagged the wrong thread. Rarely would I intentionally delete a thread that had content.
It seemed odd to me, since I have never notice a thread deleted here (other than one that's been merged) and maybe only one that was locked. I'm glad it was unintentional and there were no behavioral issues.
This thread is in the HELP section, asking about a thread that disappeared. It is not a virus or mask discussion thread. There about 2,000 of those in the virus section If people still want to argue about masks after 3 years of debate. I have moved all of the off-topic posts to one of the other threads about wearing a mask, rather than deleting them (because, heaven knows, we NEED more posts about wearing masks). http://www.seniorsonly.club/threads/use-of-a-mask.15556/
