I have certainly seen this behavior in long-term heavy cannabis users. Until you brought it up, it hadn't occurred to me to see her behavior in that light. Cannabis has been legal for personal use since 1977 (for the most part) so I have had plenty of experience seeing long-term cannabis use. She does seem to fit that pattern. I had always assumed she had gotten most of her advancement from her looks and her heritage, but perhaps she was once a smart person who has descended into the effects of long-term drug use. Interesting.
She got her advancement by inspecting the ceilings of high-powered politicians who were twice her age.

To me, one of her greatest gaffs of all was…. So I guess there’s only about 80m Americans and about 25m illegals left in the U.S. Granted, it’s been a while since this particular speech was made but the thing is, she said it on 2 other occasions that I know of.
I suspect if the VP were someone competent, Biden's presidency would have been over by now. Harris is the only thing keeping him in place. Even foreign leaders are now conversing with some in the American government in an effort to get him replaced before he "sleepwalks" into war.
Yes, you’re right about Harris being the bulwark that keeps Biden in office. I have heard the rumblings of an Article 25 applied to Biden and lately it’s nearly every day but no matter how badly Joe does, Harris in the catbird seat would be a total disaster. Even if we got a two-fer, Pelosi and her relationship with George Soros would usher in the end of our Constitutional Republic.

Two ladies in high positions in the Federal Government who took residence in two trashed out cities in California who can’t link 2 sentences together to form a continued thought behind a President that doesn’t have a coherent cell working in his brain. I wonder if the CDC is going to make sure whatever malady they suffer from isn’t catching. Edit: It’s possible that what we’re witnessing is what extreme damage that hatred can do to the human brain.
Bobby, I'm trying to stay away from politics since we no longer have free speech and too many bad laws made to entrap us now if we're conservative or a 'nationalist' who loves this nation. Only free speech now is hate speech. Bad is good and good is bad.
