    pork chops baked with thin cut potatoes ,spices, and mushroom soup.

    Just opened a can of armor beef stew homestyle, heated it and put it over a couple of slices of bread.

    Salad and leftover chicken fajitas. I'm gonna add some more red & green bell peppers and onions to it. I've got some homemade refries and spanish rice in the freezer.

    I bought some Andouille sausage to fry up with onions & bell peppers. I'll throw it on a couple of flour tortillas with some mustard, and have leftover Spanish rice. And a salad. And cheesecake with fresh kiwi.

    We went out to eat :).shock shock, to celebrate our 31 year anniversary today.
    I had fried catfish ,shrimp ,fries and slaw..Tasty

    My daughter is here visiting and talking my ears off. I LOVE it!! Anyway, she stopped at a little tea room on her way across town and picked up chicken spaghetti, garlic bread and a gorgeous salad for dinner. She also bought an assortment of dessert breads... chocolate, lemon and poppyseed.
