All I have those days too and I hope you feel better soon, it is good to discuss it and we have people here who can help, just remember some of us are having bad days too at times. Last couple months have been rough on me depression and attacks. I use music, movies, walks and exercise but it doesn't always work.
Namaste Faye. The only reason I can imagine for leaving permanently is because my spouse (which I don't have) would think I was cheating on her (which I would never do).
This is a good subject. Eye catching. You forgot to put 'all of the above' in your list. I always feel guilt I am spending too much time on the computer. I never joined facebook because I didn't need another excuse to be online. And then I found SOC. If I leave it will probably be because I have some stuff to do in the real world. But since I don't have much of a life, I'd be back.
