Even as a child, my handwriting was terrible. Learning to type was a life-changing experience in so many ways.
Hey Chloe! I am old so you have to forgive me. I don't remember if we have met before. If not, Welcome to the board!
A few weeks ago, to granddaughter in prison. Last year to great grand kids, we pass drawings back and forth of flowers. The 2 that send us letters are 6 and 8.
3 of our great grands ages 4, 6 and 8 love to get mail from the mailman. We send them pictures we drew, and they send us one in return. I hear already drawn a couple to send, I'll have to get busy on drawing one.
just a couple days ago i penned a thank you note to a wonderful customer in a casual longhand. she was way too generous for a job i would've eagerly volunteered for, restoring an original one-room schoolhouse. there were the old desks with inkwell holes and fascinating old teaching material strewn about the structure. thinking back on it now, that cursive script seems most apropos.
I don't think I've ever handwritten a letter. I had to hand write class work in college, etc, but a letter? I dunno.
