Good morning Peeps, I have a busy day today which sucks cause I'm so lazy, plus I enjoy being on here too much. Not the best weather here this weekend but probably nice for other parts of the country. We were going to be 80 on Easter here and 75 by my daughter but it all changed by at least 10-15 degrees. Still in the 60's but now that means different cloths. Still have to pack for all weather scenarios because it could change. Have a wonderful day everyone!

Good Morning, Everyone! That's beautiful, Ruby! I hope everyone's having a good Good Friday morning. Everyone's taken care of here, birds are even fed. I might make up a few batches of the dish soap/hot water and vinegar for the front ditch/yard, to kill off some weeds. I pulled all of them I could from the balcony pots. It seems they sprung up overnight. I found a little toad in one of the pots. I always enjoy seeing them, and didn't make too much fuss, so as to not alert the kitties to a potential friend/meal. It certainly is good to have Ike back, it feels the Seniors Only Club family's complete now for Easter . Have a nice day, all!
Good Morning folks. Just in from my watering routine. Most of my plants and trees are automatically watered but we have a few potted plants that need manual water and I always need to refill my birdbath and also my patio fountain. Sun shining, birds chirping what could go wrong......Shhhhh I don't wanna know.
In my world, everything can go wrong. That's why I always have plan B. Think pretty soon I can switch my sprinkler system to summer schedule. Wasn't paying attention so don't know if we are still on a restricted schedule. I'll wait til I get home. We used to be allowed to water 3 days a week but with the drought it was cut to two.
Greetings from the little city on Iowa's east coast. Yesterday we had winter, with cold, wind, rain, sleet then snow. Today we got spring with sun and warmer temps, in the 50's. Tomorrow, who knows. So, I have nowhere to go and all day to get there. Gotta stick around though. A nurse is coming to visit me later. Hope she's young and looks like this.
