I am not sure, Val, but unless the picture belongs to us personally, we may be required to link to it...copy right and all of that.
Thanks Richard. I have edited to include a link. Do I have to do this with every single thing I put on a forum?
Thank Richard. I always check for Copyright i.e news items etc and provide links so there is no mis quote problems. Pictures on Google images are a bit different though as I though they were there on public domain where they will show copyright or not !!. I won't post anymore pics
I would check with Ken before you make a decision. It is his board and he has been doing this for a long time.
Here's 1-9 in the zentangle style. I wish I could say that they are my drawings, but I snagged them off the internet. I just now starting to work on writing with zentangles, and it's like learning to write cursive all over again, except that I have to create the patterns!! I don't have a teacher showing me how to make each letter. It's really fun though, and I'm getting much better.
Or how about the new $100 bill. My husband went to the bank yesterday and got a couple of them. Pretty neat, if you have seen them yet. I don't know when they came out.
Pretty neat looking! Are they the same size as the old ones or smaller? This is a 10 baht coin worth about 33 cents.
Neat looking coin, I like the way it's made out of two different metals. As to the new $100 bills - yes they are the same size, but they are now, like the other new bills, more than just green, black and white. They use holograms that you can only see from certain angles. They also have this metallic like strip woven into the fabric of the bill on the front side. It's supposed to be un-counterfeitable (is that even a word??). It was actually pretty neat, but seemed a little like monopoly money - it's completely different from the "old" money I grew up with and used until just a few years ago.
Not all Google images are public domain as they don't actually belong to Google. Google images is just a search engine and will show images from any website. There are a few stock sites which offer images for free download to use on other sites, but even then one has to read the rules carefully as sometimes they're not for commercial use.
