Happy Monday morning ..I've only just got up its only 8 Am ..all the visitors around are area will be heading home today after the Easter break ...so we might get a parking spot in town near the only food shop we have ,,(food land)

Good Morning on a damp looking Easter Monday here, my daughter Caroline and her family came over yesterday, so we had a good fun day with an Easter egg hunt which started in the garden, but heavy rain started so it became an indoor one. Lots of little jobs to do around the house today, if I get around to them Hope you all had a good Easter Sunday.

Easter dinner turned out well, with a very simple dessert and a relaxing movie to top off a productive but at least somewhat stress-free day. Hope y'all have a fabulous day!
A bit of sunshine and a bit of cloud, but not much warmth. Some shops are open today and others closed, but some are hard at work, like this jackdaw very busy collecting nest material.
Good Morning everyone... Well actually it's nearly lunchtime here, and we're in the process of being battered quite harshly with ''Storm Force Katie''..and we have had torrential rain all night , and up to 105mph winds...It's being reported over 80,000 people in the South of England and Wales have lost all their electrical power... I'm hoping my fences and trees don't come down, there's been a lot of damage around this part of the country with fallen trees and collapsed buildings during the night and this morning.. We have some respite from the torrential rain at the moment and the sun has appeared , but the high winds are still featuring very strongly... Thank goodness I'm still on Easter break, I wouldn't relish the idea of going out in this very strong winds Stay safe wherever you are today... and enjoy your day..

I hope everyone's week is off to a decent start..if you're feeling yucky..well I advise peanut butter on raisin or cinnamon toast..or else maybe slice a banana and sandwich it. .
Good morning everyone. I hope you had a good Easter Holiday. The only thing I missed was watching little ones looking for the Easter Bunny's eggs. I spent 10 hours at the VA getting the residents to and from the different chapel services for the day, and helping with the Easter evening dinner.
Good morning everyone, windy and chilly here today. Didn't get to the movie yesterday because I offered to help 17 yr old grandson do the artwork for a Spanish class assignment. Took me 4 hrs. But I actually enjoyed it and by the last few drawings everyone was saying they were too good. My youngest grandsons have more artistic talent than my oldest 2, so it doesn't take much for something to be better than Michael would have done. Basically I was illustrating a children's book that they had to do in Spanish. I had 10 scenes to draw. Shopping with daughter today and might have time for the movie hopefully, it's only 90 mins long.
Happy shopping Chrissy. Kids do love looking for Easter eggs. Had fun yesterday, with kids (and dogs) snooping them out. ..something that I'm not usually involved with. This was vacation time for their parents, so I stepped in to help with their hunt. Spent Easter morning at Church services also ... so very nice. Today - back to normal routine. Back to school, work for the rest. For me, it's back to the computer. We're having wonderful springtime weather in Southern Texas. Have a great day everyone! ..
The boys here have today off and start back tomorrow. Daughter always has Monday off, so only son in law is going to work today.
