This sort of statement doesn't carry much weight, I've said similar about people and it's always when I don't have anything with meat on it to say.
It's surprising what kind of people, with little positive accomplishments (for America, not themselves) on their record, if anything, are getting elected into our government. It's more a matter of someone's personality, or what they call themselves. Like, if I say I'm a conservative, I get voted for or not. biden got in because part of "we the people" didn't want President Trump, or, any Republican/Conservative. Now some of them have enough humility to admit they were wrong, but not the majority. They'll die voting for what is the total opposite of the truth.

Saying stupid things has never been a trait to be admired. Much of what he says today can be passed off as senility but Joe Biden is known for saying stupid things, and he has always been a bigot, judging from things he has said through the years. Oh, he's not the kind of bigot who would lynch someone for being black. He doesn't hate black people. Rather, he's a bigoted liberal who doesn't believe that black people are generally competent enough to get by in life without white people looking out for them, and he is astonished when he encounters a black person who is clean, capable, and well-spoken.
