Good morning, all. That's what happens when I'm in bed by midnight - I'm up by five - and I'm not sure if that's a good thing because I'm kind of in a bad mood.
This morning, I got up at 6:00 am, when it was still dark, and went for a walk, eight blocks. Then, because it was cold, I stopped off at home and got some gloves and a hat, and walked another eight blocks. I think I'll start walking again.
Good morning, you brave man ! It is pouring rain here, and I am not going outside until I have to; but your walking IS a good idea, @Ken Anderson . I am up early this morning, too, because I am riding along with my daughter when she goes to see her MS doctor , which is an hour or so drive away from here. She is headed back to the Netherlands in a couple more days, so I am happy to be able to spend a little time with her today.
Good morning you all, 10 am here and I must go back to bed for an hour at least, up to late last night and up to early this morning. Then I will go on a long walk, and visit with friends at an afternoon potluck for a birthday group.
