Mary a couple hours ago Jake offered a tuna patty, and she ate it, also ate some chicken. I baked she and I some sweet potato's yesterday, my diabetes I can eat those without raising my sugar too much. And Molly loves them. We only use butter and little salt on them.
    Jake said she is18.
She is walking around again, she spent today in AC bathroom. Jake took her in and out.
I know people think it is cruel to let her live, but she doesn't seem to be in pain.
I know it is totally different but mama died in severe pain, I took her last pulse and did pray for God to take her, she wouldn't let anyone but me care for her. But I was only 37, so very able to do so.
Molly was was humming hmmmm for the sweet potatoe yesterday.:p

I scrambled some eggs in olive oil, butter a little hot sauce for an open face sandwich for myself.
    I made enough for later.
Molly wasn't eating hamburger plain or in dog food. So I took her a sandwich, 'she likes flavor.
She grabbed it like it was steak and ate a whole piece of bread and eggs.'

Molly knows what she likes! My dad had a Boston "Terrorist" who loved bread. We could put steak scraps on top of leftover bread in his bowl and he would push the meat aside to find that bread.

One of our dogs was from a sanctuary. He had been starved and his stomach was very delicate. I had to boil up pans of rice every day and mix it with chicken. It wasn't long before he recovered and was able to eat practically anything.

We have two now who were badly abused starved and beaten, but this old dog Molly has always had a great life. She is just old and like me skin and bones, I was disappointed yesterday on doctors scales, 107lbs.! i thought I may have gained at least a couple lb.s
Molly and I both look like ads for the malnourished. I hardly eat ' diabetic' but feel ok,
