I found a web site with free videos for practical living and thought some of them might be of interest. I will post links to ones that I liked. The first video is about happiness. This video immediately changed my unhealthy eating habits. For instance, I no longer have that second or third helping of ice cream, sweets, or similar items. It works for me, maybe it will work for you too if you have an issue of giving in to short-term gratification. This happiness video also discusses four more types of higher-level happiness. The second video is about the inner child, that part of us where early subconscious beliefs are stored. If any of your fears bother you, watch this video for possible insights into why. Video 7: Substance Addiction. This video discusses addition to drugs, alcohol, smoking, etc. FortunateIy, I stopped smoking and drinking years ago. Nowadays, I never think of smoking at all, but I often think a drink sounds good. I like this video because after watching it, the video convinces me that a drink doesn’t sound so good after all.
