Walz is very weird. What's wrong with Minnesotans?

Seems obvious to me that he was chosen with the belief that Harris would look smarter by comparison.

We learned last night that Tim Walz has befriended school shooters, and that was an interesting tidbit.

When Vance admonished him about Kamala's lack of action on the border during her current term, Walz said "she isn't responsible for that." Um, OK. "Border Czar" denied. Check.

Being as flustered as he was, I am almost sure Walz meant to say, “schooled shooters” as in, having taken classes or well practiced.

Still, the mark of a good leader is one who Doesn’t get flustered or confused when the heat is turned up.

He supposedly was referring to the victims of school shootings, but he can't speak when under pressure and off script. That seems to be a characteristic of recent Democrat candidates. Even Obama had trouble when he didn't have his teleprompter to keep on track.

    That kinda makes sense.
After all, everyone knows he’s a knucklehead.

I wonder, how the heck did he get elected Governor?
Jensen must have been one major screw-up to get beat by Walz.

    Minnesota rarely elects anyone sensible.

It’s for sure that no one did any background checks or fact checking.
He could have said he was a double Metal of Honor recipient and they would have believed him.

Like I said, he probably promised them a case of mayo or perhaps a case of beer if they voted for him. Minnesotans are not at all politically savvy. The Dems don't even call themselves Democrats. They are DFL members. I guess they cannot figure out what party to vote for, so they invented their own, but it is the Democrats in disguise. They just don't call themselves Democrats. Maybe it is to fool the voters. I don't know. Walz isn't really even a Democrat, but he lives by Democrat rules.

I'm afraid that the bulk of the Democrat base doesn't value honesty and would probably view an honest politician as naive and ineffective. The Democrat base gloats when their side can sustain a lie or steal an election, so pretty much anything goes. The only important thing is that the "D" wins. The base doesn't concern itself with facts or actual policy information, so you can't reason with them, the only concern being that the "D" win, at whatever cost.
