The Supreme Court has decided that Virginia can remove non-citizens form the voter roll against the Biden Justice Department who held that non-citizens had to be left on the voter rolls. There are conflicting Federal laws in that is is against the law for non-citizens to vote, but another law says voters can't be removed within a short time.

I read that this morning. It was a 6-3 decision.

I am not believing any non-citizen could vote. Although it is par for the course in La La Land.

It should help in some of the other states who are trying to do the same thing or similar to what Virginia was doing. Only a Biden-Harris Administration would sue a state to make sure illegal voters stayed on the rolls.
