Good morning, Joe & friends. I've missed everybody. I'll be back for a cup of coffee and to enjoy some good company and conversation here, but, after my return from AZ, my mother's recent cancer diagnosis is getting much of my attention and time…and I'm feeling down. This is my go-to place for smiles so I'll be back when i can pull myself together.
It is good to see you back again, @Lara Moss ! We have missed you. I remember you said you were going to be gone with your mother, and hope the trip went well. Prayers for both you and your mother. We have another cloudy/rainy/stormy day here in northern Alabama today. They have been forecasting thunderstorms all weekend, and lasting through tonight; but so far, we have had rain and not much else, which is good. This would normally be a fitness center day for us; but Bobby is still working on that rental house on the street behind us. The landlord wants to get it re-rented as soon as possible, and so Bobby is going to spend today, and probably tomorrow working over there. He actually gets plenty of exercise doing that, and I will work outside if it is not too rainy, and there is always the Gazelle for other exercise. We both enjoy our time at the fitness center, but sometimes, it just is not getting onto the schedule.
Good morning Lara and Yvonne, it's good to see you both at table #3! I hope your Mom is doing OK, Lara, and that you get some rest and peace yourself! We have missed your bright face around here! Yvonne, I made a batch of your "structured water this morning in the blender, with ice. We may add it to the menu, and who knows???? ....maybe even "structured coffee-C3O"!
It's good to hear from you two . Brightens my day. Your avatar is so cute, Yvonne…and of course you too Joe . I'll have to check out this "structured water" later . I'm so glad I got that AZ trip in before my mother declines any further. It was a good trip although low key for her sake.
