You might see that I haven't participated in the forum too much lately, but this is because I haven't found the time to make earlier than 9 pm to near 11 pm my time (CST) Around this time of the night, and seems a couple of weeks ago, the forum is sometimes lagging not getting the pages loading at all and then going offline for a few seconds/minutes. At first, I thought it was related to my Internet connectivity, but I have tried from other locations and always, around this hour, the same things occur. Not sure if it's only to me or someone else has noticed it, but thought to share it here in case there is something to be fixed
Yup, this is happening to ALL of us lately, Carlotta. Usually, though, this type of stuff is transitory so we're all just waiting it out. I had no trouble at all getting on today so maybe it's almost over for a while.
It has behaved for a few days but yes, it was down for several hours. I'm not sure when it went back up because it was still down when I finally went to bed.
Yes, I was trying to reach the site until late at night until I fell asleep, but thankfully it is back. I you need to know when downtime happens, I would suggest you sign up to this site, http://www.hyperspin.com/ They deliver you an email or SMS warning when the site is down, and then later another when it is back up online. Service is free for the standard monitoring time, think every 15-60 minutes. Monitoring on a more frequently basis has a cost though. To start using the service register with your email. They will ask you to confirm the email address and provide a username and password for your account before proceeding to add the type of monitoring service that you require, either monitoring a website or server. By choosing website and adding this forum address, besides being notified, you can display a public uptime report here or linking to the public report URL they will provide you with.
WOW, not just interesting but surprised to see how fast run the live attacks in this map. Of course, I know most of these are performed automatically using software and other technologies, but I couldn't figure out the speed at which they are performed.
