I love the way they dance, I had always wanted to learn how to dance like them. So graceful, the tap dancing, Gene Kelly, Donald O'Connor and Debbie Reynolds in Singing in the rain, I really enjoy watching that movie.
I seldom watch movies on television but i love to read lives of people and that includes personalities in the film industry. Tom Cruise is not a big star as he used to be , the last i read about him was his split up with Katie Holmes and his link with Scientology.
I was just thinking about the old movies, and remembered Rock Hudson, He did several movies with Doris Day, another two actors that I have enjoyed watching. And of course Doris Day with James Garner.
Getting back to Tom Cruise, although I've always liked him and thought he was nice looking I never thought of him as a heartthrob. In addition to Rainman, I liked him in A Few Good Men. I haven't seen all of his movies.
I've seen several of his movies and consider him to be a good actor. I don't recall my heart throbbing, however, and I will swear that it didn't happen.
I always thought he was good looking, in Risky Business the best part is where he is dancing, I also like A Few Good men.
I never saw Tom in Mission Impossible. Might watch it sometime. I've seen the clip where he's suspended on wires and then a drop of sweat falls.
