    I would never have thought of Clinton, Iowa as dangerous. Interesting....

    I can understand New Orleans being on the list...but am surprised at the other Louisiana cities that were even higher up on the list. I'm also surprised that Jacksonville, FL didn't make that list since that is one of the reason my Honey and I moved from there.

    I'm surprised about Jacksonville not being on the list either. The murder rate is very high here...……..almost on a daily basis.

    According to the site, they include, not only murders, but other violent crimes, such as rape, armed robbery, and aggravated assault. The criteria they use is posted here.

    It would be interesting to see if the leadership of the cities are of what politico alignment.

    Well, when the last Mayor and Sheriff were elected, part of their election vows were to decrease the crime here in Jacksonville. The gangs here laughed at that and it never happened.
