When I arrived here about 60 yrs it was SHELL SHOCK and even worse worse worse...A short storey about a boss I had in about 1975.... He was buying a house and came out of a $76K large famil y house and bought a $200K in exchange....

That 200 K is on Zillow for 10MILLION+ Its not for sale btu is listed by Zillow and that is about a 50 yrs time frame .....

I bought a apt conversation in the 80's and kept it for 5 yrs and unloaded it and broke even.....I NEVER wanted to OWN again and won't leave CA.

I don't think I'd want to live in California.

It looks like much of the LA area is now on fire. The winds have picked up and the fires are spreading rapidly.

My math is a little rusty, but 50 years is a long time, and the increase in price works out to be about an 8% annual rate of return.
