I am no Techie and have spent several hours of this Thanksgiving Morning trying to update software for my I Phone and to access the App Store. It appears there have been millions of people trying to do the same as me and it's created server problems and overload. O Well----nothing better to do until dinner.
My phone does not show any new updates, @Lon Tanner . I have 13.2.3, which I downloaded several days (or more) ago, and I have not had any problems with using it. Maybe just a lot of people who got new phones from the weekend sales, and trying to install and update the software all at one time ?
I too have IOS 13.2.3. update but still can't access The App Store.. Says it's loading but never does.
I agree with @Yvonne Smith . With all the good sales, plus the kids being out of school searching for new games, The App Store is probably overwhelmed. Also, with so many people online, the servers could be running a bit slower as well.
