Yeah, when people get older, noises bother them more. Of course, most are retired and try to stay in peaceful surroundings, not run for President.
He just offended a lot of mothers. Possibly lost their votes. A more diplomatic way to have handled it would have been to have one of his assistants to quietly ask the mother to quiet the baby. Maybe the DNC won't have to sabotage his campaign this time.
