I put these together from a variety of sources. There's lots of variation differences among the 3 Cajun spices. (I already had this pic saved, so I've posted this somewhere else a couple of years ago.) I use Opt 2 of the Cajun Spice and the Blackened Spice when I cook. pdf attached
