First introduction to these came about when we invited some single
friends to share Christmas dinner with us, on our first year in the UK.

One person brought us 'Christmas Crackers' and our boys thought it was
the 'best' thing about that Christmas.

Fast forward to Christmas dinners now.

We always have at least 12 to 15 people for dinner and a lot of them are our son's friends.
On each plate is a Christmas Cracker and those who have dined with us before, get a Big Grin...

It never ceases to amaze me their reaction to pulling on the cracker, and donning
the paper 'crowns'! These are young, serious people who never take off those crowns
or reading the corny jokes, along with trading their 'surpise gifts' from inside.

It is one tradition that has made its way into our Christmas and it wouldn't be the
    same without them.

    Thanks Mr. Tom Smith
