I've never outgrown cute. As a kid, I didn't like dolls, I liked stuffed animals and still do. I purchased some cute little wood animals from Etsy. Because admittedly they were cute and I like having them around. Anyone else like cute? Can I be the only one at my age?
I like cute things, I just don't buy them anymore. I'm want to get rid of everything, not add to it. I've gotten to the point where I'll see something and say "aww, that's cute" and move on. It's been awhile since I've been tempted to buy anything. I like other things too besides "cute" but I pass on anything and everything these days.
I agree Chrissy. I too am so much better at buying things. Today I was at the thrift store and they had their annual antique sale items all 1/2 price. I bought 3 vintage linens. Looked at a couple very pretty items but didn't buy them. But the cute thing, I'm still on. I think I feel isolated and these cute little things make me feel better. I'm looking at a couple of prints on Etsy also. Luckily it's nothing expensive. I've taken many things to our PAWS thrift which makes it easier. I can't get rid of any of my cat or deer figures though.
I like cute too, but I'm sizing down and selling most everything or leaving for relatives. I've sold some cute ceramic dolls lately and though wanted more for them, I sold them anyway. Now days got to save for food and other necessities, so though I like cute I hold back and get food.
@Kitty Carmel I LOVE cute! Kittens, girls, ladies, especially! I suppose some will say it could be cute guys, as well. I suppose further, they would cite Tony Curtis as an example......... Aw, I guess he was all right, too! Frank

I love 'cute'. Raising my sons I had to hold my 'cuteness' to a minimum but now having grandaughters I find myself going 'cute crazy.'
One of the things that my wife loves about me..........I like 'cute' things as much as she does. I have bought her stuffed toys for Valentines Day that both of us think are definitely cute. Love Animal Planet's (tv show) Cute, concerning puppies and kittens. I can be "hard-nosed" at times, when it calls for it, but still have the 'cute' side of me.
Thank you for killing me with cuteness!!! That little calico is almost too much to take. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I guess you're never too old for cute.
