    Well, that's no what my Dominican students told me....neither my Dominican colleagues.
    One of these colleagues was the Secretary of the Dominican Republic Embassy in Canada.

    The people that leave the DR for a better life in the USA will say anything so they can stay there. Sorry to say how much dishonesty that my wife had told me about forged birth certificates and planned paid marriages just to get out of the country. The USA deports thousand back here every year of people either getting into trouble or are illegally in the USA. Sad that there is desperate people in the world and this country which I love has some too.

    Well, not exactly but, then, you have your opinion and I have mine.
    Allow me to tell you that "freedom of speech" is sacred in USA and my students exercise this right to a maximum.
