I agree with the basics of the video. I think any medium can have standards, but those standards should apply universally to everyone using the platform, regardless of the political, religious, or philosophy of the user. Twitter and other social media sites should NOT allow anonymous users, as this bypasses libel and slander laws and is thus unconstitutional and illegal, just as anonymous accusations against a nominee for office should be. If we are accused of wrongdoing, we have the right to face our accuser and rebut the accusation, whatever it is. By allowing anonymous users and censoring or banning users descriminately, Twitter and others are denying free speech and the rights of the accused and victims of slander and libel.
