    Hi everyone,

Is anyone here using an app or website to track their diet and exercise and if so, what if anything does it cost each month or year?

Looking for something to keep me honest with eating and working out so thanks for sharing your experience!

I used to use MyFitnessPal a long time ago. I used the free version.

Basically, the only exercise we get in the winter is playing our Wii Game in the living room. Summer is taking our boat to local lake. We aren't real big on exercise, but we do love to eat. However, since we are both Diabetic II, and on a medication for that, we definitely watch any sugar intake.

I have used My Fitness Pal, Lose it! and My Plate. I like My Fitness Pal best because it is easy to sync with my Fitbit or Apple watch to track exercise, though you don't need those to use the app.

I did try one of those many years ago when I started working out but I learned from my Trainer that the "everything in moderation"method is the way to go.With me it works very well and the golden rule is...never eat more than you can burn the next day.I know that's probably not what you were looking for but common sense rules in at least for me in this case.:D:)
