Although some are against the Low Carb way of life, there seems to be quite a reaction to the new topic.. Low Carb has many different versions and is the most recognised way to lose weight and keep it off.. Personally, I don't know of any other way to not only lose weight but to keep it off forever.. If anyone knows of another way, please tell me as I am interested...
Well, the warmer weather has finally started to show its face for a while.. it was +3c today and sunny.. tomorrow they are forecasting more snow and it is the first day of spring.. We don't get much spring up here..... we get something called..... SPRINTER.... a combination of spring and winter...
No problem.. I was just wondering... How is the weather where you are ??? Warming up here but we still have mountains of snow to melt before we can even see the grass.. My snow flowers are still blooming but coming to a fast end... Slowly disappearing... keep us posted about Kate….

We have a forecast of 59 F for today although it's 49f now , but cloudy.. yesterday was sunny, and mild, I went out without a coat ... I have to go out to see my Doctor this morning, they have no parking at the surgery so it means walking quite a way from the nearest car park, so I might wear a cardie on top this morning..
Still way below freezing here right now and it will be that way for the next several days.. what we need is above freezing during the day and below at night so the sap can flow to make our maple syrup.. Very big industry up here.. Really huge, and the end result is very pleasant as well.... Who doesn't like maple syrup ?????
Kate is considering coming back but I don't know if she will. I hope so. Joyce was a heavy smoker. She had COPD. We talked about her quitting smoking once but she said the damage was done, no need to quit then. We were part of the "Gang" on a forum that was discontinued by the sponsor. We had some fantastic fun and adventures. Louise was part of the skullduggery , too. Real maple syrup is nothing like the stuff you buy at the grocery store. A friend once sent me some from Maine that was real homestyle maple syrup. It was yummy!
