Im beginning to worry some thou.. But she will get a kick in the pants from me personally, for not letting us know what's going on!! making everyone worry, worry only causes more wrinkles and Lord knows i do not need anymore wrinkles then what i have..! but honestly hope everything is ok..
Hi, y'all. We didn't get home until way late yesterday afternoon. Today, I have been catching up on things here and taking belated happy birthday calls. I had a lovely birthday. My sister's daughter and her SO cooked a birthday supper for me down at our place and there was a birthday cake. No candles, though. We didn't want to burn the place down. When I got home, there was a beautiful bouquet waiting for me from my sons. That will probably be our last trip for a while. It's getting too cold to do much fishing unless we have an unusually warm weekend. We went to Nags Head on the outer banks and I got some pictures. I'll get around to posting some of them tomorrow I hope. It's nice to be missed. It shows that somebody loves you. And I love y'all right back.
THAT'S IT ……………….. !!!!!!! Today is the 8th of October and to my surprise...…….. WE HAD SNOW …. That's right, SNOW.... It didn't last once It hit the ground, but ...... IT SNOWED …. I am so NOT ready for snow.. I still have to put away the patio furniture as well as so many other items.. PLEASE mother nature, give me at least one more week if not two more.. I really need it ...

I have had the heat on in the house since the last week of august.. The electric blanket on the bed since mid September.. Winter clothing is out and I wear winter tops every day even with a jacket.. Air conditioning (window unit) has been removed since the middle of August.. Need I say more ??????
It’s just starting to look like spring here ...for the first time in prob 4 weeks the sun is shining and it’s 19c ( 66f) so maybe my sort veggies that were planted in Sept ( start of spring ) will start growing We’ve had so much rain which is so unusual for this area we even had a couple of ducks which we never see ,they were having a lovely time on the storm water ponds which normally run out to sea or soak away really quick . There is still heaps of water in storm water ponds days after the last rain ..,shows just how water logged the ponds are. I can see this from my front windows or front garden
