This is frightening especially the places that are being hacked. After all, who would of thought that the Pentagon or even the IRS could be hacked into, but they have. Which proves this was no common hacker. Whoever did this knew exactly what they were doing and had the skill level to pull it off. So, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if it was done by some foreign terrorist group.
From what I understand many of the high level hackings such as these are coming from foreign governments, particularly China, but I wouldn't doubt Russia is working to breach our security, as well, if they haven't already.
