Regular traffic stop and the officer asks the driver to roll down the window. The driver is busy smoking medicinal marijuana before it might get confiscated, the officer asks the driver for license and registration. Everything was good except for the fact that he was smoking. So the officer wanting to give some sort of citation says okay you're free to drive away hoping the driver does and then can be cited for D.U.I.. The driver knowing the laws, responds telling the officer that he will not be driving, he can't because he is getting high in his car, instead he mentions he is calling a friend to take him and the car. The officer drives away dimwitted and the smoker takes off.
