It intrigued me in the beginning, Lon, but soon grew old. And most annoying. Further, I do not watch mainstream media, ever!

No, I have not. I knew what the outcome was going to be so why bother with that clown show.

The answer is 'no' from me - we want a good outcome for President Trump, we have been through similar tactics here recently
with Boris Johnson so want both men to triumph

Yeah, I've watched some of it since impeaching a president is something of a historical event.

I watched all of the opening statements, and the questioning of the witnesses in the House Intelligence Committee (Yavanovich, Sondland, Vindman, Hill, ... etc) by the two staff attorneys. Did not pay as much attention to the 5 minute turns by the Congressmen. They were too predictable.

Did not follow the House Judiciary Committee hearings as closely, although I did catch Adam Schiff's closing statement. I thought it was great.

Agree with @Bill Boggs. It's a pretty historical event. Watched all of the Senate Watergate Hearings back in '73.

I knew that the News would be showing what THEY consider the most important things...so I just watched a little news and then switched to a station with my shows.

In my opinion, as long as Pelosi refuses to forward the articles to the Senate, the impeachment has not happened. Why are we sitting by and allowing these people who "represent" us to get away with these games?

Maybe because if we give them enough rope they just might hang their selves!

Along with the impeachment proceedings, we really gotta love how the kids are being educated. (Yes, that is indeed sarcasm. )

I was listening to the radio this morning and apparently we have teachers who are saying that D. Trump is no longer the President after the House cast their votes. One such teacher is a high school math guy and was corrected and educated by one of his students.

Another small and mentally dead group are saying that not only has D. Trump been impeached but he is now going to be executed.
Of course, we do have to give some thanks to one legislator (I cannot remember his name) who said that now D. Trump must be given a fair trial and then hanged.

If teachers and the people in the House of Representatives do not even know what happens in our government, then how the heck are the students supposed to know?
Do we really need to bring back a cartoon (rock something or other) to educate the kids or is there some hope that maybe, just maybe they might bring back Civics classes in school.

I guess though that even taking a civics class would not have helped much as many times as the rules of order have been changed during this whole fiasco.
