Ha ha - I just said to my husband, they have pots of money these Evangelists - look at this one ………… His reply -......yea - but they don't know how to spend it do they
A real phony in my opinion. She loved all the money they made and was so vain it became mental illness. @Patsy Faye we might should get off this Tammy Faye topic because Ken says people in their 70's talk about things of no substance. I know you are a few years away, but he may lower age to 60's if his eyes fall upon our girl chatter. I disagree with the anger for no reason as I always have reason and will continue to have reason well into my 90's. Those that knew me in my 30's when I was living alone in the mountains that labeled me a "hippie chick" and thought I was a democrat were wrong on both accounts. @Ken Anderson no worries young man, I will remain of clear mind in my 70's and stay an independent. Guilty of no substance girly chit chat, but one out of 3 isn't bad for one nearing 70.
No, or at least, that’s an opinion of her and not one of judgment concerning her salvation. After her husband was incarcerated, she got a divorce and married a multi-millionaire. Her stock in trade was the instant tears thing. She could cry at the drop of a hat especially when she was asking for money. She didn’t use the waterproof mascara either.
I notice on another post that you hail from the Pacific Northwest region @Sami Faye Sorrell. My wife is from northern Idaho and we had a restaurant just outside of Bonner’s Ferry. I used to work in Seattle and my wife has lived in northern Washington and has a son who is presently living there.
I love the Pacific Northwest , and really miss living out there ! There is nothing so majestic as seeing Mt. Rainier rising through the clouds, and some places you can see both Rainier and St. Helens, and maybe Mt. Hood, or Mt.Adams. As Bobby mentioned, I grew up in north Idaho, and lived there for many years, too; so I consider both Idaho and Washington as a “home state” for me. Looking forward to hearing stories of your “hippie days” out west, and just day to day posts about life in such an awesome part of the UNited States. Did you by any chances have horses, too ?
