I don't know how many here follow the goings-on in other countries, but this week is going to be interesting. I already posted about the martial law declaration in South Korea, the 4th largest economy in Asia and the 12th largest worldwide, and now the government is France, the 2nd largest economy in Europe and the 7th worldwide is about to fall due to both the Left and the Right uniting against the Center coalition bringing about a no-confidence vote this week. Romania has voted in a Rightist president completely out of the blue in a move no one saw coming, so an anti-NATO anti -EU government is forming there on the edge of Ukraine. Rebels supported by the U.S. and Turkey may take over the nation of Syria unless Russia moves dramatically to save the Al-Assad's government there, probably in part engineered by Israel since they declared a cease-fire (which they quickly violated themselves) that enabled the assaults in Syria to proceed. The German government is also expected to fall soon. Of course, there is Canada.... Biden is in Angola cementing his ties with China while the world is burning around his waning Presidency, and he is hiding from the U.S. press there after pardoning his son in a dramatic, never before seen manner, and hoping the uproar on both sides of the aisle with die down so he can go back to the beach in peace when he gets home. A move is being made by an international group based in the UK to reform or replace the World Health Organization, largely based on Trump's victory last month. This is the world at large
Now reporting that Assad escaped from Damascus in a private jet, but it has possibly crashed or made an emergency landing. The plane was being tracked on radar at over 15,000 feet, and then dropped to about 1,000 feet before it disappeared off of radar. At this point there is no definite information whether the plane crashed or made a safe landing, but the picture of the area shows it in a lot of mountains, so unless it was able to fly back to the nearest airport (Homs), it probably crashed in the mountains. They are saying that there was an explosion near one of the little villages outside of Homs, so it is really sounding like the plane with Assad has crashed in the mountains.
Trump issued a statement on Syria overtly taking shot at Obama and not so indirectly telling Biden to stay out of things:
In what way??? -Trump calling out Barack -Trump saying it ain't our affair -Trump telling Biden to not get us into another mess -All of the above
The back channels have said this was somewhat "engineered" by Israel and the U.S. to stop Iran from supplying Hezbollah through Syria. It might result in Israel having another terrorist group on their border--Sunni this time--but apparently they are willing to take the chance to get themselves out of the current dilemma with Hezbollah. Both the U.S. and Russia have troops in Syrian territory and nobody seems to be sure how the new Syrian government will deal with them when they become established.
This starts with Germany but quickly turns into a video on the war in Ukraine and strength of Russia: "Germany Has FALLEN and It's Spreading FAST!" - Jim Rickards So different from almost everything else I'm hearing I have to wonder. Is this Russian propaganda or closer to the true situation?
Beats me, just more sabra rattling, maybe Bidens rich friend [thanks American taxpayer], 'the piano player' can tell us since him and China has become our and NATOs most 'treasured' ally and Russia's biggest enemy? Que Sera,Sera.
From what I have read, this guy is right on the money. First, we have pushed Russia and China together, which is to the detriment of both the U.S. and Russia (in the end). Mr. Trump warned the Germans they were becoming too reliant on Russian energy and he was actually laughed at by the German delegation to the UN. Now both Germany and France have essentially shut down most of their nuclear power plants, in part due to distorted "green" agenda and in part due to lack of Russian uranium to maintain them. It is reported that Germany is now burning coal instead and is using more coal than it did before it tried to switch to "clean" energy. As the narrator pointed out, Germany has energy-dependent industries that cannot operate on wind and solar alone. There just isn't enough and it isn't reliable enough. The Ukrainians are experiencing the Russian "Cauldron" warfare and, although they are very familiar with it, they are not able to execute it in the same way the Russians do. Russia has always fought wars of attrition, and the West has always underestimated it. Ukraine invaded Kursk, but they are now stuck there and most likely unable to get out without sacrificing most of their troops. Russia has left them there and is keeping theme occupied with North Korean troops who are gaining experience to use against South Korea, who hasn't fought in a war since Vietnam. Everything we have heard about the Ukraine war has been a lie, just as much of what the Biden Administration has issued over its four-year term on everything. Biden is about to decorate the members of the January 6 Commission, which was a kangaroo court convened on false information in order to persecute political enemies reminiscent of things done by the Soviet Union and Communist China.
