Last month we noticed water springing from the under the ground. It is located on the side of the road near our gate, fronting the vacant lot beside our property. Suspecting that it was a leak in the water, a neighbor said she had already reported it to the water company. A week passed and another week, the leak was getting stronger such that water was flowing to the sewage. Again, that neighbor said she had reported it and was wondering why no attention was given.

Last Monday, I instructed our housemaid to call the water company using the phone number indicated in the billing statement. She did. After an hour, there came the water company's truck with 3 workers who immediately concluded the problem that indeed there was a leak. After 3 hours, the faulty valve 2 feet under was replaced. Problem solved.
