Huh, I thought this is something serious, hahahaaa. But let me contribute to this thread and the issue is about the minimum wage. There is another motion now for a raise in minimum wage. However, it seems that the labor sector is not that interested in the issue. When interviewed, some in the labor force commented that an increased minimum wage gives them a higher net income for a few months until the prices of commodities and services are also raised thereby losing the value of that increased wages.
I hear what you're saying, Corie. Well, if Trump ever gets a chance to implement his new tax plan, then every person who makes under $25,000 will not pay any income tax (under $35,000 for married couple) so that tax break would certainly help. He also said he'd cut wasteful spending like nobody's ever seen before and bring American companies back to America from overseas. That will all boost our economy and employment. It's going to take time but I've heard Trump say, numerous times, that he wished this campaign was over so he could get started asap. He's a doer. But he's never going to get the chance if he doesn't start curbing his tongue and being a nicer guy. Here's Trump's Tax Plan (10 min and then some questions/answers follow):
