If someone robs a bank and kills someone even the driver of the get away car will go to jail. The doctor have the ability to put these mass murders in a mental hospital and not treat them in their office because if they put them in the hospital the doctor does not get any money. The doctors are as guilty as the mass murder because he did not prevent it and also gave them drug to make it worse. After throwing a few hundred doctors in jail the these problems would stop.

I think the maximum amount of time a person can be held involuntarily, is 48 hours, unless they are demonstrating "dangerous" behavior. The whole education of doctors is done by universities who have been funded by drug companies and when they leave school the education is done by drug reps and extended training by drug companies.
