@Hal Pollner Michael Jackson was set to appear at the new Mirage Hotel in Vegas, owned by quite religious Steve Wynn. My neighbor's dad was a security officer for Wynn. He revealed that he had been instructed to "bug" Jackson's suite, which he did. The revealing tapes were viewed by Wynn, who obviously knew of their illegality, but just would not tolerate behavior such as he had proof of, and revealed their presence to Jackson, giving him the option of immediately leaving, or suffering the revelation to the public of proof of minors being involved in Jackson's room. Wynn is a good gambler. By next morning the front Marquee which had blazingly heralded Jackson's show, was wiped clean, and Jackson was gone! Amazing! Wynn could have gone to jail (improbable) for the privacy intrusion. Frank
