Mike Lancaster was barely a teenager when he hooked up with the famous Merry Pranksters, a collection of comrades and followers of American author Ken Kesey in 1964. Kesey and the Merry Pranksters lived communally at Kesey's homes in California and Oregon and are noted for the sociological significance of a lengthy road trip they took in the summer of 1964, traveling across the United States in a psychedelic painted school bus called Furthur.

The Structured Water (high alkaline) got me the most and the benefits of Alkaline Water. He mentioned a few names like Trump, Obama, Betty White who are major users of Alkaline Water. I knew about some of this yrs ago and was drinking high alkaline water and then stuff happened in my life and I had to go to other places

I'm back to c hecking more on Alkaline Water for primarily drinking and it's healthier issues.

Alkaline water has a higher pH level than regular tap water, which means it's less acidic. Some say that alkaline water can have health benefits, including:

    • Heartburn prevention: Alkaline water may help prevent heartburn.

    • Bone density: Alkaline water may improve bone density in people with osteoporosis.

    • Gout treatment: A 2024 study found that alkaline water may help treat gout by reducing joint pain, swelling, and inflammation.

    • Hydration: Alkaline water can help enhance hydration.

    Structured Water
In the first hour, Mike Lancaster shared his experiences as a rebellious youth marked by early exposure to drug culture and the countercultural figures of the 1960s. As a teen, he began smoking marijuana, experimented with LSD, and found himself in California, where he connected with Jerry Garcia and the Warlocks (later the Grateful Dead). His art teacher's support led him to create posters for the Warlocks, and he became immersed in the San Francisco music scene, even associating with Ken Kesey and the Merry Pranksters. Lancaster recalled participating in significant countercultural events, such as the Acid Tests, and creating iconic Grateful Dead symbols, like the dancing bears and the "Steal Your Face" logo, although he never trademarked them.

Lancaster spoke about the concept of structured water, which he believes has significant health benefits. He described structured water as water that undergoes a process of electrolysis, raising its pH level and separating hydrogen from oxygen, which he claims helps with cellular hydration and offers health advantages. Lancaster revealed his passion for structured water after witnessing its effects on his chronic back pain and observing it improve conditions for friends with acid reflux. Now he promotes structured water's health benefits, citing testimonials from notable individuals who drink it, and advocates for its use over reverse osmosis water, which he views as "dead" due to its lack of minerals.

Minerals are in most waters except RO which is Dead Water, no minerals nadda. I'm gonna start with some alkaline water during my day with HOPE that I'll get some joint relief....reduce some acid from the tap water.
