Well, don't know much about it, but the whole thing is being discussed/told on CNN and local networks. As for us, we sure are glad we don't live in, or near, a Capital City! What's being said is scary, but, basically, will have to wait and see what happens.
I was going to spend some time in the US this year ( 6 months ) I think I'll just stay in boring Canada. Hopefully this gets sorted out without any more violence.
Trump was miles or so away giving a speech when the break into the Capital building happened and although he said protesters should march to show displeasure, he said not to commit violence. If the violence were not reported over and over, less would happen. And there were rumors so protection should have been previously arranged. Peaceful Demonstrations should be allowed because of our right to free speech. But damage and harm should be squelched quickly. Now I hear that people are bringing weapons to the inauguration. If it is true, damage control plans must be in effect or our government is truly unconscionable. Maybe they wish it to enforce new laws. But it would be smarter for aggressive demonstrators to skip this and let the Libs fret about nothing and have Fake news broadcasters have egg on their faces.
I belong to a Second Amendment Rights group. This time of year is the beginning of our state's legislative session, when the capitol is open for folks to "Lobby Their Legislator." We do just that. We lobby legislators. And we have a peaceful rally every year. The place that we have held that rally for decades has been given to an anti-Second amendment group this year because the permit application process got violated in order to deny us that venue. But we will still have our peaceful rally somewhere else. It has nothing to do with anything but the same annual event we've done for years and years and years.

If CNN is talking about it, then you know it isn't news, it is hate to incite violence so the Democrats can enforce martial law. I don't trust any of the networks to go against the fascist Democrat coup that just seized our country by fraud and propaganda.
My son in laws guard unit was activated. Yesterday was a travel day. They will be in DC for the duration!
Well, we, originally, wanted Trump to be impeached due to what happened at the Capitol, but now we are thinking different. LET HIM STAY! Just watch him very closely, but let him stay. Inauguration is only a week and a half away, and, from hearing, this one is going to be very different than any other one was. For one thing, the public is being told to stay away.
None of this is ground roots but is being orchestrated by the leftists to advance their agenda. Keep your powder dry...you might need it.
