    Since the founding of the NATO Alliance in 1949, the US has contributed far more than its share of the cost, while other countries are well behind in their support of the defensive organization.

    Trump is right in "bawling out" those member nations who contribute far less then they should to keep NATO alive and strong.

    I believe this is the first time since the founding of NATO that a US President has strongly showed displeasure in the matter, while previous presidents have remained quiet, showing "political correctness" in not upsetting our European allies.

    Good for you, Donald...speak LOUDLY and carry a Big Stick!

    Hal, this subject "invaded" the thread on the British Brexit strategy. I heartily agree with you!
