I understand, but it's harder to think for myself when I have reviewed other examples so I try not to. For example, as a part of my job, I write descriptions of various categories. It is tempting to bring up the Wikipedia page, and I sometimes do that, but too often I then find it difficult to write a unique description of the category because the Wikipedia content sticks in my head. Maybe it's just the way that I do things.

I'll be adding a couple of new topics from our poll soon, probably today. The winners were History & Geography and Science & Nature. If you can help me come up with something to pair Sports & Recreation with (since I add them in twos), I'd like to add that one before long too. Baseball is pretty much the only sport that I have an interest in, and I don't pay a lot of attention to that, but I know that others may have an interest in the topic.

We have a lot of topics here, and we'll be adding more. Not everyone will be interested in every topic. Feel free to ignore any topic that doesn't interest you, and this is true of threads as well. There is no need to post only to tell us that you have no interest in a topic. Others probably do.

We seem to have a lot of celebrities that have died, and the obits just get put in news, or entertainment, and all over.
Maybe there could be a pair that included celebrities/obits, and maybe fashion, since I remember @Von Jones was asking for that kind of a topic a while back, and several of the ladies were posting about fashion even in just the thread asking about it.
I am excited to see the science thread, and wonder if we can move some of the appropriate older threads into that catagory now ?
I just posted one about sunlight and moonlight that should be in science, and I am sure there are more that could belong there, too.

I will be moving relevant threads into the new areas as I come across them. You can feel free to point them out, as well. We could add a "Rest in Peace" section somewhere, perhaps.

Since we don't have a mythology section, yes. More seriously, if the purpose of the thread is to argue that global warming is a government conspiracy (as I believe it is), then the conspiracy section would be best, simply because there are greater allowances for argument there. On the other hand, if the purpose of the thread is to discuss the effects of global warming, then it can go into the Science & Nature section.

And in the History section would that be the place to talk about the wives of the Presidents?
