    Reports of violence protests in Pakistan over the jailing of a Prime Minister after he was removed from office allegedly illegally. The former PM has been charged with 150 politically-motivated crimes and is in prison. His followers have risen up in large numbers to show support. I have seen reports that 8 police officers have been killed and over 100 demonstrators have been shot as of this morning. Leaders of the demonstrators have reportedly called off the demonstrations after police opened fire on demonstrators. Jan 6 taken to real rebellion levels, and these folks don't have guns. Some military units ordered to open fire on demonstrators have reportedly refused to do so. Perhaps civil war is in the offing. India is growing concerned, as Pakistan has nuclear weapons and the Indians worry about those falling into the wrong hands. Here is the CNN report on it from yesterday:
