Frequently, reports of human rights conspiracies in the United States are alleged, they are dismissed by the media and (as a result) the general public as crazy conspiracy theories, even when they are well documented and, in many cases, admitted to.

As Americans, we like to believe that our government is ethical, that the US scientific community is working in our best interests, and that health researchers are doing everything they can to keep us healthy and happy.

Consequently, we don't generally accept reports of human rights abuses by our own government until they are far enough in the past that we can tell ourselves that we don't do that sort of thing anymore. As a result, those who are responsible for these abuses are rarely, if ever, held accountable.

Below are some very real conspiracies, of which reasonable documentation is available and has been provided, and many of which have been admitted to, involving human rights abuses by the US military or other US government agencies, medical research institutions, hospitals, and universities in the United States over a period of years.

As is generally the case, most of them don't involve anything from the past few decades, not because such abuses are no longer occurring, but because it is the American tradition to never admit to anything until after those who were responsible have died, and we can be led to believe that they are in our past.

In a few decades, someone will be writing about the horrible things that our government did to its citizens in the 1990s, the 2000s, and the 2010s, and most will blissfully believe that such things are no longer occurring.

These include the deliberate exposure of human beings to chemical and biological weapons, including intentional infection with deadly or debilitating diseases, human radiation experiments, injection of toxic and radioactive chemicals, surgical experiments, torture and interrogation experiments, tests involving mind-altering substances, tests on children, the sick, the mentally disabled.

Most of these have been directly or indirectly funded by the US government, primarily the US military and the CIA.

Originally, I made an attempt to present these in chronological order but that proved to be too time-consuming, particularly given that many of them spanned a large number of years.

James Marion Sims, a pioneer in the field of surgery, known as the father of gynecology, perfected his surgical techniques on enslaved black women. In 1845, he built a second floor to his hospital for the purpose of these experimental surgeries on people, some of whom were brought to him by their owners, and others which he purchased for the purpose of experimentation. He performed thirteen surgeries on one woman, alone and, although anesthesia was available by that time, he did not use it. In response to later criticism, he argued that black people didn't feel as much pain as white people. Once he had perfected his techniques, he founded a hospital in New York, the first hospital specifically for women in the United States, where he performed necessary operations on white women, with anesthesia. He also continued his experimentation, but with indigent women, some of whom lived at the hospital, undergoing repeated operations.

He received honors and medals for his work in many countries, and was unanimously elected president of the American Medical Association in 1876. He later founded the first cancer institute in the United States, the New York Cancer Hospital.

In the 1880s, a California physician, working at a leper hospital in Hawaii, injected six girls under the age of 12 with syphilis.

In 1895, a NYC pediatrician, Henry Heiman, intentionally injected two mentally disabled boys (4 and 16) with gonorrhea, as part a medical experiment.

In 1906, a Harvard professor intentionally injected 24 Filipino prisoners with cholera, thirteen of whom died.

US Army physicians in the Philippines injected five prisoners with bubonic plague, and induced beriberi on 29 other prisoners.

In 1908, Philadelphia researchers injected dozens of children with tuberculin at an orphanage, causing permanent blindness in some and painful lesions and inflammation of the eyes of the others. In their written reports, they referred to the children as "material used."

In 1911, a researcher with the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research in Alabama injected 146 hospital patients, some of whom were children, with syphilis.

Then there was the Tuskegee syphilis experiment, between 1932 and 1972, in which the US Public Health Service, conducting research on 600 impoverished black men, promised treatment, 399 who had previously contracted syphilis, and 201 who did not have the disease until after they were enrolled in the study. Forty wives contracted the disease during the study, and nineteen children were born with congenital syphilis. After the project lost its funding, no treatment was offered to these people. By the end of the study, only 74 subjects of the study were alive. Oh, by the way, the US Health Service was conducting this study in collaboration with Tuskegee University, a historically black college in Alabama.

In 1941, Jonas Salk and other researchers with the University of Michigan deliberately infected mentally ill patients with the influenzas virus.

Also in 1941, Dr. William Black inoculated a 12-month-old baby with herpes after the child was "offered as a volunteer." The results of his study were published in the Journal of Pediatrics.

Also beginning in the 1940s, the Stateville Penitentiary Malaria Study, conducted by the Department of Medicine at the University of Chicago, in cooperation with the US Army and the State Department, was cited during the Nuremberg trials as part of the defense of Nazi doctors.

Between 1946 and 1948, US researchers used prostitutes to infect prison inmates, insane asylum patients, orphan children, and Guatemalan soldiers with STDs in order to study the effectiveness of penicillin in treating the diseases. More than 700 people were infected as part of this study. The study was sponsored by the Public Health Service, the National Institutes of Health, and the World Health Organization, and headed by one of the same doctors who had participated in the Tuskegee syphilis experiments.

In 1950, the US Navy sprayed large quantities of a bacteria, serrate macescens, over San Francisco in a project known as Operation Sea-Spray, resulting in pneumonia-like illnesses. The family of a man who died sued the government, but a federal judge ruled in favor of the government in 1981. These tests continued in various places until 1969.

Also in 1950, a doctor with the University of Pennsylvania intentionally infected 200 female prisoners with viral hepatitis. From the 1950s to 1972, mentally ill children at the Willowbrook State School in Staten Island were intentionally infected with viral hepatitis, as part of vaccine testing. Also at Willowbrook, a New York University researcher obtained consent from parents of mentally ill children for what he claimed were vaccinations, but what he actually did was infect them with viral hepatitis by feeding them an extract made from the feces of patients who had already been infected with the disease.

In 1952, Chester Southam, a researcher with the Sloan-Kettering Institute, injected live cancer cells into prisoners at Ohio State University. Also at Sloan-Kettering, 300 previously healthy women were injected with live cancer cells without their knowledge or consent.

In the 1950s, the CIA conducted several mind-control experiments on soldiers and volunteers using LSD and other chemical substances.

The CIA also conducted at least one open-air biological warfare experiment near Tampa, Florida, using whooping cough bacteria. Whooping cough infections in Florida tripled, and twelve people died.

Also in the 1950s, the US government conducted a series of field tests using various biological warfare mediums, including dropping mosquitoes in various places in tests intended to determine the feasibility of producing and dispersing yellow fever mosquitoes as a weapon of war. Reportedly, the mosquitoes used in the test were not infected mosquitoes, however, but the intent was there.

In 1963, 22 elderly patients at the Jewish Chronic Disease Hospital in Brooklyn were injected with live cancer cells by the same doctor who had previously conducted similar experiments on prisoners at the Ohio State Prison.

From 1963 to 1969, the US Army conducted tests that involved spraying several US ships with various biological and chemical warfare agents while thousands of US military personnel were aboard the ships. The chemicals used included VX gas and Sarin.

In 1966, the US Army released Bacillus globigii into the tunnels of the New York Subway System as part of field experiments called A Study of the Vulnerability of Subway Passengers in New York City to Covert Attack with Biological Agents. A similar experiment was conducted by the US Army in the Chicago subway system.

Thousands of human radiation experiments have been conducted by researchers in the United States studying the effects of atomic radiation and radioactive contamination, many of which were funded or performed by the US military, the Atomic Energy Commission, or other US federal agencies. These tests included feeding radioactive food to school children, inserting radium rods into the noses of mentally ill children, releasing radioactive chemicals over cities in the United States and Canada, and injecting pregnant women and babies with radioactive chemicals.

In 1949, the Atomic Energy Commission released iodine-131 and xenon-133 into the atmosphere in the State of Washington, contaminating a 500,000-acre area that included three small towns.

In 1953, the Atomic Energy Commission gave pregnant women iodine-131 in order to study the women's aborted embryos to discover at what stage radioactive iodine crosses the placental barrier. The University of Nebraska College of Medicine fed iodine-131 to 28 healthy infants through a gastric tube in order to test the concentration of iodine in their thyroid glands. The same year, the Atomic Energy Commission sponsored a study to determine whether radioactive iodine affected premature babies differently than full-term babies.

Between 1955 and 1960, mentally disabled children at the Sonoma State Hospital in California were subjected to various experiments without parental consent. These included painful spinal taps for which there was no medical reason beyond experimentation. More than 1,400 patients died.

In the 1960s, more than a hundred Alaskan Inuits were continuously exposed to radioactive iodine during experiments.

In 1946 and 1947, University of Rochester researchers injected uranium-234 and uranium-235 to six people in order to study how much uranium the kidneys could absorb without being irreparably damaged.

Between 1953 and 1957, a physician-researcher at Massachusetts General Hospital injected eleven comatose and semi-comatose patients with uranium in order to test its viability as a chemotherapy treatment against brain tumors, which one of them didn't even have.

Between 1945 and 1947, eighteen people were injected with plutonium.

Researchers at Vanderbilt University gave 829 pregnant mothers in Tennessee what they described as "vitamin drinks" that would improve the health of their babies. In reality, the drinks contained radioactive iron, as a test to determine how fast the radioisotope would cross into the placenta. Three children died soon after delivery from cancer and leukemia, four of the women died of cancer, and many others contracted cancer or experienced rashes, bruises, anemia, or the loss of hair and teeth.

From 1946 to 1953, the US Atomic Energy Commission, in conjunction with the Quaker Oats Corporation, conducted an experiment on 73 mentally disabled children, who were fed oatmeal containing radioactive calcium and other radioisotopes in order to track how nutrients were digested. Neither the children or their parents were told about this, and some were told by hospital staff and researchers that they were joining a science club.

The University of California Hospital in San Francisco deliberately exposed 29 patients to total body irradiation in order to obtain data requested by the US military.

From 1942 to 1944, the US Chemical Warfare Service conducted experiments that exposed thousands of US military personnel to mustard gas in order to test the effectiveness of various types of gas masks and protective clothing.

From 1950 to 1953, the US Army conducted Operation Large Area Coverage, in which chemicals were sprayed over six cities in the United States and Canada to test the dispersal patterns of chemical weapons.

In the 1950s, researchers at the Medical College of Virginia conducted experiments on burn victims, most of whom were poor and black, without their consent or knowledge, as part of a study financed by the US Army and the Atomic Energy Commission. During these experiments, patients were exposed to additional burning, experimental antibiotic treatment, and injections of radioactive isotopes. The amount of radioactive phosphorus-32 injected into some of these patients was fifty times the acceptable dose for a healthy individual.

Between 1948 and 1954, researchers at John Hopkins Hospital inserted radium rods into the noses of 582 Baltimore school children as an alternative to adenoidectomy. Similar experiments were performed on more than seven thousand US military personnel during World War II. This later became a standard treatment, used in more than two and a half million Americans before it was determined to be dangerous and ineffective.

Nuclear explosions in Nevada are believed to have released enough radiation to have caused more than 200,000 cases of thyroid cancer among citizens who were exposed to fallout, leading to thousands of deaths. US military personnel were deliberately stationed within set distances from the explosions in order to determine the amount of damage that might be done, based on the distance that a person was from the blast.

During the Cold War, in studies known as Project Gabriel and Project Sunshine, researchers in the United States, the UK, and Australia, tried to determine just how much nuclear fallout would be required in order to make the earth uninhabitable. They used nuclear testing in order to investigate this. Of particular interest was the effect of strontium-90 on the bones. Infants were a primary focus. It has not been demonstrated that people were intentionally placed in hazardous places in order to conduct these tests, but parents and family were not told what was being done with the body parts of their relatives, which were collected by researchers.

An Atomic Energy Commission document, dated April 17, 1947, entitled Medical Experiments in Humans, stated, "It is desired that no document be released which refers to experiments with humans that might lead to an adverse reaction on public opinion or result in legal suits. Documents covering such fieldwork should be classified Secret."

The Public Health Service was instructed to tell citizens downwind from bomb tests that any increases in cancers were due to neurosis, and that women with radiation sickness, hair loss, and burned skin were suffering from "housewife syndrome."

Between 1960 and 1971, the Department of Defense conducted whole-body radiation experiments on poor and black cancer patients who were led to believe that they were being treated for their cancer. During the same time period, the Defense Atomic Support Agency conducted similar experiments at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, in which it was later found consent forms had been forged, and none of the patients had been told of the risks of irradiation.

From 1963 to 1973, inmates in Oregon and Washington were paid $5 a month to participate in a study conducted by Dr. Carl Heller, a leading endocrinologist, in which their testicles were irradiated. Those who had to receive a vasectomy at the conclusion of the trial were paid $100. One of the researchers participating in this study described it as having "a little of the Buchenwald touch."

In 1963, the University of Washington irradiated 232 prisoners in order to determine the effects of radiation on testicular function. At least four of these prisoners later had children born with birth defects, but the number may have been higher, given that researchers did not follow up on the status of the subjects used.

In 1953, the medical journal, Clinical Science, published the results of a medical experiment in which researchers had deliberately blistered the skin on the abdomens of 41 children, ranging in age from eight to fourteen, using cantharides. After the studies, the blistered skin was removed with scissors and swabbed with peroxide.

In June of 1953, the US Army adopted guidelines regarding the use of human subjects in chemical, biological, or radiological testing and research, where authorization from the Secretary of the Army was required. Under those guidelines, seven research projects involving chemical weapons and human subjects were submitted for approval, and all seven were approved. Under these guidelines, experiments that were deemed to be local field exercises did not require approval, and some of these tests involved sulfur mustard and nerve agents, in which the people deliberately exposed were not informed of the tests, and had not consented.

From 1951 to 1974, the University of Pennsylvania conducted tests on behalf of Dow Chemical Company, Johnson & Johnson, and the US Army. In one of these studies, a cariogenic compound found in Agent Orange was used on 70 prisoners, all of whom developed several lesions that went untreated for months. In others, Dow Chemical wanted to study the health effects of dioxin and other herbicides, and how they affected human skin. In this study, dioxin was applied to the skin of prisoners. Later testing by the University of Pennsylvania involved 468 times the dosage that Dow Chemical had authorized. In 1964, nine out of ten inmates at Holmesburg Prison were test subjects.

Particularly during the Cold War, the US government funded several psychological experiments, many of which were performed in order to develop effective torture and interrogation techniques for military and intelligence agencies.

Some of these involved various truth serums. Some of these involved the use of mescaline, LSD, morphine, heroin, PCP, scopolamine, ether, and various other psychoactive substances. These tests involved willing volunteers, some of whom would later pay for these substances, but it also include thousands of US military personnel who were dosed without their knowledge or consent, some of whom later suffered from serious illnesses, including epilepsy, depression, and suicides.

In 1952, Harold Blauer, a professional tennis player, was injected with a fatal dose of a mescaline derivative at the New York State Psychiatric Institute of Columbia University. Dr. James Cattell, who administered the dose, later testified that he had done so as part of a test sponsored by the US Department of Defense. The Department of Justice and the New York State Attorney General were later found to have colluded to conceal evidence of the government's involvement in such testing over a period of 23 years. Dr. Cattell claimed that he didn't know what he had been given to inject into Blauer, saying that "We didn't know whether it was dog piss or what we were giving him."

Any listener of Coast to Coast has probably heard of a CIA project known as MKULTRA, but the mainstream media has either ignore it or treated it as if it were a crazy conspiracy theory.

MKULTRA began in 1953, when the CIA consolidated all of its mind-control programs under the direction of a single program after CIA director Allen Dulles complained about not having enough "human guinea pigs to try these extraordinary techniques."

The project was funded by more than $25 million, and included hundreds of experiments on human subjects at eighty different institutions.

Among these were tests to study Chinese brainwashing techniques for the purpose of developing effective methods of interrogation. Most of these studies were conducted by Cornell University Medical School.

Another MKULTRA project, known as Operation Midnight Climax, involved a network of CIA-operated safehouses in San Francisco, Marin County, and New York, in which prostitutes on the CIA payroll were instructed to lure clients back to the warehouses, where they were given various substances, including LSD, and monitored behind one-way glass. Techniques developed during this project included research into sexual blackmail, surveillance technology, and the use of mind-altering drugs in field operations.

In 1957, with funding from the CIA, the Allan Memorial Institute in Montreal began another MKULTRA project that was designed to "depattern" individuals, erasing their minds and memories, reducing them to the mental level of an infant, and then to rebuild their personality in a manner of the researcher's choosing. Patients were placed into drug-induced comas for up to 88 days, and applied numerous high-voltage electric shocks over the course of weeks or months. Researchers would use what were referred to as "psychic driving" techniques, in which recorded statements would be replayed continuously through helmets that had been bound to the heads of test subjects. From 16-20 hours a day, the patients were subjected to nothing else but these messages. One person was subjected to the same message non-stop for 101 days. Others were isolated in sensory deprivation chambers for weeks at a time. Insulin comas were induced in some subjects through the administration of large injections of insulin, twice a day, for up to two months at a time.

These tests also included children who were subjected to sexual abuse by high-level federal government officials in a scheme set up by MKULTRA researchers, to blackmail the officials to ensure continued funding for the program.

MKULTRA also conducted tests on the efficacy of various torture techniques, some of them involving the torture, rape, and psychological abuse of adults and young children.

MKULTRA continued until 1973 when it was terminated, and all of the records were ordered destroyed. However, through a clerical error, many of the documents were sent to the wrong office, and were later released under a Freedom of Information request, which is how it was made public. If not for that, we would not have known of MKULTRA.

MKULTRA was brought to the attention of the public in 1975 by the US Congress, through investigations by the Church Committee and by a presidential commission known as the Rockefeller Commission, but most of the findings were not released to the public, at least not until much later, and were then treated by the media as a conspiracy theory.

Of course, we've all heard of the use of electroshocks in various mental health treatments a century or more ago, when people believed that they could be used effectively to cure mental illness or behavioral problems, but electroshocks have been used - and are probably still used - for the purpose of experimentation on people who did not suffer from anything that needed to be cured, but these instances are far more numerous than I want to get into.

Prosecution of government researchers have been rare, and victims have seldom been officially acknowledged or compensated.

And the rest of the story: All the above, in the OP, is less than one percent of what was done in the last ten years ,
deceiving even the "elect" if it was, or were, possible.

Ninety Nine percent of things published on the internet, websites, forums, is not only misleading or outright false, it comes from misleading sources, whether on purpose or not. People who trusted their own parents, or doctors or government , or schools all their lives, and refuse to learn the truth

Did you read the book by 'Judith Riesman on the rape, torture done by Afred Kinsey?
Judge Ruth Badder Ginzburg and her husband involvement were mentioned in the book.
I read the horror story those babies as young as THREE MONTHS old. Some being chewed on by sick evil women to prove that sex is ok at any age, To prove babies could have multiple climax the demons chewed on them for long periods until some were having seizure type fits. Anyway it is just more of what some people are capable of.

Thank goodness there are more good humans than bad.
People put too much trust in their doctors sometimes and forget doctors are humans too.
    Trust but verify be involved.
These experiments on innocent adults and kids should be carefully guarded and those who do so without permission should be jailed for a long time.

Seems they are outright killing people now not hiding like they use to. Watch the video on the site, ,the theatrics will be over in a couple minutes. Especially the older people who they have to give SSI to and they spent all our money they stole from us all our working life.
    Social Security INSURENCE..
"It is not welfare like some say, most of us worked for it. The democrats decided to give it to those who didn't work for it.I can remember some hubby paying hundreds a month to SSI in payroll reductions."

Excellent. I particularly like your point that we hear of these things that have a safe padding of years that protect the monsters who perpetrate these crimes. More recent examples are kept hidden if the victims are still around and able to bear witness.
The ones who abuse children to create multiple personality disorders are the worst. I can sympathize with people who cannot believe this material because they cannot really believe that people can be so evil.

I think that was the longest post I've ever made here. It's enough, at least from me.

Now the whole world, billions of people, have been used the last three years for vast experiments in social engineering, mind altering - behavior modification and control , and toxic injections "willingly" or not.

It's more like they got bribed than compensated - "come get your money if you go along with our methods and testing".

There is no indication historically , religiously, politically, or otherwise
indicating there are more "good" humans than bad.
Whether there are are not, do not just 'trust' humans. VERIFY, test anything BEFORE accepting or believing it.
Do you think it Is media, or churches, or politicians or others responsible for such massive deceptions ? Would you sympathize with those who are given evidence of the evil, then continue to deny it and to cover it up/ even promote it widely ?

I would say that would be government, at least the deep state part of it, backed up by the media and, to an extent, the educational establishment, made effective by an apathetic, lazy, or gullible public who think that it's patriotic to be deceived.
