In my long life, Stomach sleeping has been the Least way I've slept, side sleeping for many years until post hip Replacement and had to not side sleep and if I even tried my shoulders would get all messed up, so for the last at least 14 yrs it's been totally Back Sleeping......I don't move around and believe me I'm stiff when I get up in am....I do get up a couple times at night for bathroom trips and they are an annoyance but the benefit is I get my body stretched., All positions except for back will give us wrinkles in our faces ... I have very few wrinkles.....
I've always been a side-sleeper, flopping from one side to the other all night. I've tried sleeping on my back, but I can't do it.
Stomach position is the Worst... It took some motivation but back is my very best. Other positions mess up other body areas.
